In our relentless pursuit of perfection, Mitsu Boshi offers the exclusive ITO Matsusaka Ushi Private Label, representing the pinnacle of Matsusaka beef quality. Only the highest-graded heifers—those awarded A5 BMS 10 to A5 BMS 12—are selected for this label. These cuts make up less than 0.25% of all wagyu produced in Japan, making them the rarest and most sought-after beef worldwide.
